THESIS ABSTRACT

The abstract is an introduction to the Turnberry Tower Arlington project. The project is located across the Key Bridge and Georgetown in Arlington, Virginia. The project entails extensive site remediation including to turn all the above ground utilities to underground utilities. The building itself will house 259 units in 26 stories and will provide 6 levels of underground parking.
